About El Mirador Espresso 

Coffee farming has been a part of Octavio Ramirez's life for as long as he remembers. After his parents lost their farms due to debts, Octavio made it is life's ambition to find his own patch of land to continue his family's legacy.

From a very young age, Octavio continued to work with coffee. First as a picker. Then working his way up, he was able to pull his savings together and buy a farm that had a few coffee trees being cultivated too and he kept them on and added  Castillo and Striped Red Bourbon varieties too.

Octavio is now a proud coffee grower because he has been able to support his family and realise his ambitions.

This coffee is dried in traditional drying patios that have side curtains that control the ambient temperatures. Drying times can vary according to the weather, drying for 18 days during rainy spells and 13 days for hot.
