About Kangocho AA

Sourced from the slopes of Mount Kenya, the second highest mountain in Africa, this filter also includes a varietal named after one of the two peaks, Batian.

The Kangocho Factory is located near the town of Karatina, in the Nyeri county of Kenya. Being on the slopes of Mount Kenya, the soil is quite rich in minerals. Combined with constant yearly rainfall, this provides the perfect conditions for growing coffee.
